Gary’s first pitch at a New York Mets home game in May is forever cemented in Stern Show lore. It’ll never go away! Poor Gary, he trained for weeks but all that pa-pa-practice didn’t help. Here’s Gary limp-wristing his infamous pitch to the home plate umpire’s shins.
Oh! And give it up for Taylor at TSS Radio. He bought Gary’s ball for $18,000. Proceeds went to LIFEbeat, Gary’s pet charity. Now, instead of an asterisk—like they wanted to put on the Barry Bonds home-run ball—Gary’s ball should have a little penis drawn on it.

UPDATE: How cool is this? Taylor from TSS Radio will be displaying Gary’s ba-ba-ball at this year’s MLB All-Star Game at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. Derek Jeter better stay away from it! Don’t need that jinx rubbing off on him.
