Take the subway in New York and you’ll quickly realize most human beings stink like a bag of shit. Honolulu, Hawaii is tired of it!
The city wants to pass a bill which would slap a $500 fine on people riding public transportation who smell like crap, possibly six months in jail too.
Essentially, the bill would make it illegal for someone to stink while using the transit system. Its very big brother-ish, but I’ll take it! People are a mess.
Bad news for Richard Christy! If he plans a honeymoon to Hawaii he’ll be detained in the airport, indefinitely.
