Baby Gorilla is scheduled to appear in Toms River Municipal Court on September 30th for his infamous suspicion of DUI arrest back in July.

Artie’s lawyer, Michael Grasso, met with the municipal prosecutor Wednesday in a pretrial conference.

On July 10th, Artie was busted following a minor car accident. He had a court date of August 26th, but will now be making his long-awaited return to the legal system on September 30th.

Maybe he’s been too busy training for a triathlon.

Don’t take this the wrong way but I’m curious why there was nothing on your site regarding this day. I think a lot of Stern Show fans were quite upset that they didn’t play the 9/11 show today-I never heard it and today I was quite disappointed that all they played were some clips during the news breaks. From what I understand, Stern covered it in an amazing way and didn’t leave like most people would have and even stayed late to give updates. Is there anywhere I can download it or can you post a link? 9/11 is the reason I’m wearing combat boots today.

I wouldn’t post a link to the 911 show if it exists, because it would be stolen content and I’m keeping SternShowBlog on the up and up, just like you won’t find me posting any YouTube clips that are out there. I side with Howard on that one, its thievery.

As for not mentioning it here, and don’t take this the wrong way, its a downer, so I opted against it, but had the Stern Show replayed the 911 show, I would have done something, so since they didn’t, I skipped it too.

I appreciate integrity and honesty-two of our seven core values and the two that I try to live by the most. Good job on your site!

Oops! Sorry, “Alpha” sounds so gruff and tough–are you a dominatrix or something? ;)

Oh, and I think I should add. As far as using YouTube clips. I won’t use any stolen Howard content, but–in an admitted double-standard–I’m okay with using other clips.

I’m actually a sargeant in the Army National Guard. I’m no weekend warrior, though-I have a full-time job in the guard. My screen name is a combination of my basic training company (alpha) and my favorite shitty football team (raiders). We have something in common!

The thing with using other clips is that (I think) those are free and HSS is something people pay for via their Sirius subscription so I do think it’s akin to downloading pinched music. I don’t really think it’s a true double standard.
