King of Robin’s shit list, Dr. Drew, was in the studio today, ever since Lady Quivers scored a 34 on Dr. Drew’s narcissism test, the highest score ever, Robin has been pissed at him.
Today, Robin kvetched about her score being published in Dr. Drew’s book. Robin doesn’t think she got a fair shake.
“My main objection is you don’t go write a book, and label people a bunch of things,” she said, “There is no way to undo what he did.”
After that tongue lashing, it sounded like Dr. Drew regretted giving her the test in the first place.
But the discourse did get Robin to admit she was in love with ex-flame Jimmy Florentine, and really did miss him when he went to Afghanistan.
Robin may resent Dr. Drew, but Artie is now his best friend, despite having argued with Dr. Drew the last time about the validity of his Celebrity Rehab.
When Artie was amidst his “mini-breakdown” his sister reached out to Dr. Drew, and Artie texted Dr. Drew, and eventually called him.
Artie admitted Dr. Drew gave him a lot of good suggestions to help him out, and Dr. Drew warned him about heroin, and what it does to you. “You get a sense of deep despair and desperation,” he said. It was a love-fest between Baby Gorilla and Dr. Drew.
But Dr. Drew didn’t drop by to slurp Artie, or take Robin’s shit. He was plugging his show Sex Rehab, the same show Kendra Jade is on, where Kendra was a bad girl, and masturbated in the shower when she was told not to.
Dr. Drew said Kendra had to tell him that she jerked off. Howard asked, “Do you have to smell the patient’s fingers to see if they masturbated on Sex Rehab?” No, he doesn’t. Dr. Drew also didn’t like that Kendra is still hanging out at strip clubs.
Sex addiction is serious business. “I believe sex addiction really exists,” said Howard. Dr. Drew likened it to drugs. “Progressive use despite the consequences,” he said, “In spite of consequences, you move on, you keep doing it.”
People develop elaborate fantasies, and it ruins their lives. Dr. Drew said if Romeo & Juliet were his patients, he would have a big lawsuit on his hands.
Robin jumped in. She said, “It sounds like a hard thing to try to treat!” Dr. Drew agreed.
It can be hazardous. Patients have tried to fuck Dr. Drew during treatment. But he doesn’t act on it, insisting he doesn’t view them as sexual, not even Kendra Jade. Dr. Drew swears, “I may notice it, but it doesn’t go anywhere.”
But Howard asked, “Would it be inappropriate to masturbate to the image of one of your patients?” Dr. Drew said yes, it would.
Dr. Drew also touched on his relationship with D.J. AM. Dr. Drew said they were friends, and knew he had very serious problems, but made a lot progress, so he knows his death was not a suicide. D.J. AM’s death was the catalyst to help Artie.
He also worries that so many young man watching porn is leading to an outbreak of anal sex, and soon many girls across the country will develop ass problems.
Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew is on Sundays at 10PM on VH1. “It’s the most powerful thing I’ve ever done on television,” he said.
